Artist Dr Julia Lockheart and sleep scientist Professor Mark Blagrove explore your dreams with you. While you discuss a recent or important dream with Mark, Julia creates an artwork that captures the dream. Afterwards you can use the artwork to revisit, consider and share the dream with others. Our research suggests that this process encourages insight, understanding and empathy. See here for an article in Psychology Today about our collaboration, and here for our 2019 article in Frontiers in Psychology, on dream-sharing and empathy.
